課程概述 |
The class is to prepare graduate students having knowledge about current issues in supportive oncology. It aims for helping students to develop best cancer care abilities, improve cancer care quality and enhance patients and caregivers’ quality of life. Primary parts of the course include current trend of cancer treatments and care, epidemiology of cancer, cancer screening and prevention, overview of main cancer treatments, essential issues related to supportive oncology, cancer related symptom managements, psycho-oncology, cancer survivorship and caregivers’ issues, cancer rehabilitation, and end of life issues. |

1.Have an overview of the trend and current issues about supportive oncology.
2.Identify important problems and resolving strategies to enhance supportive cancer care.
3.Identify those important resources for improving cancer care.
4.Apply those important principles and knowledge to provide best cancer care.
5.Evaluate the quality of cancer care. |
